Did you know more than forty percent of the actions you perform each day aren’t actual decisions, but habits? We may not realize it but our habits can result in how we achieve our goals, make decisions, the quality of our relationships and whether or not we’re striving to make life the BEST it can be or becoming stagnant.
Truth be told everyone has unhealthy habits and on a more serious note it’s important to address these patterns, the triggers before it becomes increasingly difficult to break the habit. To be AWARE, to be responsible is more important than you may realize.
