This is the Lone Doctrine, your exploration station. The Lone Doctrine podcast was founded with the understanding that we all need real, positive, and constructive

Why do we assume that the mind will be healthy without doing anything to keep it healthy? If you're human you already know that the human experience is full of all kinds of emotions; positive, negative, and everything in between.

Unfortunately, most of us struggle with the negative side of life because we haven't given our minds some much deserved TLC.

Our purpose is to give listeners bite size actionable and practical life changing ideas in order to make TODAY better than YESTERDAY.
